Professional facilitation and compliance support only

Cine Craft Advisory provides professional facilitation and compliance support for tax, GST, accounting, business registration and licensing matters. Our role is to help you understand requirements, organise documents, prepare applications and returns, and submit them on your behalf where you authorise us to do so. We act as your service provider, not as a decision-maker on any application.

Gold loans, other loans, insurance and investments

Gold loans are provided by the lending entity named in your written loan agreement. Interest, charges, rebate slabs, tenure, release notice and auction terms are those set out in that agreement; figures on this website are indicative and are confirmed in writing before you sign. If a gold loan is not repaid within the tenure and after notice, the pledged gold may be auctioned as per the agreement.

Other loans (personal, business, home, vehicle, microfinance and business funding) are arranged through partner banks and NBFCs. Approval, amount, interest rate and fees are decided by the lender under its credit policy. We do not promise approval.

Mutual funds: Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. We act as a mutual fund distributor and do not promise returns. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Policies are issued by the insurer, subject to its underwriting and policy terms.

Legal support is provided by independent advocates on our panel. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and no outcome of any legal proceeding can be promised.

Approval depends on the relevant authority

Our professional fee is for our facilitation and compliance work only. Government charges are paid to the authority and are not part of our fee unless a quotation clearly states otherwise.
