Gold loan and finance

How fast can I get a gold loan?

Usually within 30 minutes after valuation and KYC at our office. The amount is paid in cash or by bank transfer the same day.

What documents are needed for a gold loan?

Aadhaar card, PAN card and two passport-size photographs. Bring address proof if your present address is different, and your nominee details.

Is my gold safe?

Yes. Your gold is weighed, tested and sealed in front of you, and kept in a secure locker until you repay the loan and collect it.

Can I pay part of the loan or take a top-up?

Yes. You can make part-payments, and take a top-up on the same gold when its value allows. A 1% fee applies on release and top-up.

What if I pay interest on time?

You get a lower effective rate under our rebate scheme. The standard rate is 36% a year (3% a month); on-time payment brings the effective monthly rate down in slabs from 2.75% to as low as 1%, depending on the scheme.

What happens if I do not repay?

If the loan is not repaid within the tenure and after notice, the pledged gold may be auctioned as per the loan agreement. Talk to us early if you face difficulty — part-payment or renewal may be possible.

Can you release my gold from another lender?

Yes, through our gold loan settlement service. We check the outstanding, arrange settlement, and your gold is released. You can then move it to our scheme if you wish.

Do you file GST and ITR for small shops?

Yes, including monthly and quarterly GST returns, annual ITR filing and replies to routine notices.

How long does company registration take?

Typically 7–15 working days, depending on name approval, documents and government processing.

Do you give legal help?

Yes, through our advocate panel for loan, recovery, legal notice and documentation matters.

Getting started

Which business structure is suitable for me?

It depends on how many owners you have, how much liability protection you want, your plans to raise funds and the compliance you can manage each year. A sole proprietorship is simplest for one person, an LLP suits partners who want limited liability with lighter compliance, and a Private Limited Company suits businesses planning to grow or bring in investors. We can walk you through the options for your situation before you decide.

What is the difference between LLP, OPC and Private Limited Company?

An LLP needs at least two partners and generally has lighter annual compliance, while an OPC is a company owned by a single person. A Private Limited Company needs at least two directors and shareholders, has more formal compliance, and is generally preferred by investors. All three give limited liability, but rules and eligibility conditions can change, so please confirm current requirements.

How do I get started with you?

Send an enquiry through the website or call us with the service you need. We will discuss your requirements, share the documents list and send a quotation showing professional and government charges separately.

Are you a government office or a lender?

We are not a government office. For registrations and licences we prepare and file applications, and the relevant authority makes the final decision. Gold loans are given under a written agreement with the lending entity named on it, and other loans are arranged through partner banks and NBFCs, subject to their approval.

Registration

How long does registration normally take?

It varies by registration type, the completeness of your documents and government processing times. Simple registrations can move within days, while company or LLP incorporation usually takes longer. Any timeline we share is indicative, as officer queries and portal issues can cause delays.

Can I register a business from home?

In many cases a residential address can be used as the registered office, supported by address proof and a no-objection letter from the owner where needed. Some licences and local rules may have additional requirements, so we will check this for your case.

Can my application be rejected?

Yes, the relevant authority may raise queries or reject an application, for example if documents are unclear or details do not match. We help you prepare the application carefully and respond to queries, but approval always rests with the authority.

Do you help with licences as well as registrations?

Yes, we help with common business licences such as trade licences and other registrations your business may need. Requirements vary by state and local body, so we confirm what applies to you first.

Tax and GST

Is GST registration mandatory for every business?

No. GST registration is generally required once your turnover crosses the applicable threshold, or in specific cases such as inter-state supply of goods, selling through e-commerce operators or certain notified categories. Thresholds and rules change from time to time, so we check your current position before advising.

What documents are needed for GST registration?

Generally you need the PAN and identity and address proofs of the owner, partners or directors, photographs, proof of the business address such as a utility bill with rent agreement or ownership proof, and constitution documents for firms and companies. Bank account details are also usually required. We share an exact checklist after onboarding, not through the enquiry form.

Can you file my income tax return?

Yes, we help individuals and businesses prepare and file income tax returns based on the information and documents you provide. We explain what we need and share a draft for your review before filing.

What happens if I miss a GST or tax due date?

Late filing can attract late fees, interest and in some cases restrictions on your registration. We can help you file pending returns and bring your compliance up to date, but penalties already applied by the authority generally have to be paid.

Documents and security

How will I share sensitive documents?

We ask for documents only after you decide to proceed, and they are shared through a secure channel agreed with you. Our enquiry forms never ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, OTPs or passwords.

Why don't you ask for PAN or Aadhaar on the enquiry form?

We only need your contact details and the service you want to respond to an enquiry. Collecting sensitive identity details before you engage us is unnecessary, so we request them later through a secure channel.

Will you ask for my OTP or portal password?

Some government portals send an OTP to verify a filing, and we will explain exactly when and why one is needed as part of the agreed work. Never share OTPs or passwords with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly claiming to be from us.

How is my information stored?

Enquiry details are stored securely on our web server with access restricted to authorised staff. You can read more in our Privacy Policy, including how to ask for your information to be corrected or deleted.

Fees and timelines

Are government fees included in the service charge?

No. Government fees, stamp duty and other statutory charges are shown separately from our professional fee in the quotation. Government charges are set by the relevant authority and paid to it.

Can you manage monthly accounts and returns?

Yes, we offer ongoing support for bookkeeping, GST returns and other periodic compliance on a monthly or quarterly basis. The scope and fee depend on your transaction volume and the filings involved, and we agree these in advance.

Do you guarantee approval or a completion date?

No. Approvals and processing times are decided by the relevant authority, so we cannot guarantee an outcome or date. We share indicative timelines and keep you updated on progress.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Refunds depend on the stage of work reached when you cancel, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Government charges already paid to an authority cannot be refunded by us.

These answers are general information and are not a substitute for individual legal or tax advice. Rules, thresholds and due dates change from time to time.
